The Signature Collection’s proximity to the shops and services of Preston Hollow Village, its plans for green space and a walking/jogging path, and its sense of community were touted as some of the biggest selling points for our homes.
Of course, the homes themselves are highlighted as well. The article praises The Signature Collection for offering “floorplans for every phase of life,” high quality construction and finishes, and a “semi-custom feel” thanks to one-on-one personalization sessions with Rosewood’s designer Stephanie Dauwe.
